This policy explains what information Teckloom LLC ("Teckloom", "we", "us") collects when you visit teckloom.com or send us an enquiry, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email hello@teckloom.com.
1. Who we are
Teckloom LLC is a technology company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the United States. We are responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@teckloom.com or 1-800-TECKLOOM (1-800-832-5666).
2. What we collect
When you send us an enquiry
Our contact forms ask for your name, your email address and a message. The longer form also asks what the enquiry is about and, optionally, your company name. When you write from a service page, we note which service it was. The form sends us nothing else.
When you browse the site
Like every website, ours receives technical information with each request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the page that linked you to it.
- Your IP address. We do not store it ourselves. The contact form holds it in memory for a short time to stop anyone sending too many messages at once, and we use it to estimate which country you are in, so we know whether to ask for your cookie choice. Our host, Vercel, processes it to deliver the site and keeps it in short-lived logs.
- Analytics. Where the law requires it, only with your permission, we measure how the site is used with Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. Section 5 explains what they collect.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment details, government identification numbers or passwords. The site has no advertising pixels, no social media trackers and no embedded content from other websites.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about working together.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that your message arrived, with a copy of what you sent.
- To keep a record of the enquiries we receive.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and how many visits turn into enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and to stop spam and abuse.
We do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle email. They process information on our behalf, for the purposes below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
5. Cookies, analytics and your choices
We use two analytics tools, and they are always switched on and off together.
- Google Analytics records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location (worked out from your IP address), your device, browser and screen size, and how you use the pages: how far you scroll, links you follow to other websites, files you download, and when you start or send a form, though never what you type into it. We also record two actions ourselves: a sent enquiry, with which form was used and which service it was about, and a tap on our phone number or email address. Google Analytics never receives your name, email address or message. We have turned off Google signals and the settings that share our Analytics data with Google for its other products. Google keeps event data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. It recognises a visit by a temporary value derived from the request, which Vercel discards within 24 hours.
Google Analytics is provided by Google, a third party. It stores an identifier in a cookie on your device, so Google can recognise your browser across visits to this site over time. That cookie belongs to this site, and we have not turned on any feature that lets Google or anyone else use this site to follow your activity across other websites. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab), and you can block Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).

The two Google Analytics cookies are set only while analytics is on. The other two are needed for the site to respect your choice, and are never used to identify you.
Your choices
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a territory that follows the same rules, we ask before any analytics runs, and nothing loads unless you accept. We ask again after a year.
- Everywhere else, analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time under , which is also linked at the foot of every page. Turning it off deletes the Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without them.
- If we cannot tell which country you are in, analytics stays off.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour both signals automatically. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or a Do Not Track signal, neither Google Analytics nor Vercel Web Analytics runs on this site.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 24 months.
- If you become a client, we keep our correspondence while we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law or our business records require.
- Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, then deletes it.
- Technical logs kept by Vercel are short-lived and deleted automatically.
- You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the site and access to enquiries limited to the people who need it to reply. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at hello@teckloom.com and we will delete it.
10. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, data protection law requires us to tell you the legal basis for each use of your information:

Giving us your details is voluntary, but we need your name and email address to reply to you. We do not make automated decisions that affect you.
Teckloom is based in the United States. Enquiries are read and handled only by our team members in the United States, and the providers listed in section 4 process information mainly in the United States.
You have the rights listed in the next section. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, the supervisory authority where you live or work; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
11. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interests
- give you your information in a portable format
- withdraw your consent to analytics, which you can also do yourself at any time under
Email hello@teckloom.com with your request. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on it, and we will reply within one month.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy is effective from the date shown at the top. If we change it, we will post the new version on this page and update that date. If a change is significant, we will say so here.
