The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional, technical, legal or security advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Advice comes only from an engagement with us.

3. Client work

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any work we do for you, including its scope, price, service levels and responsibilities, is governed only by a separate written agreement between you and Teckloom LLC. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

4. Our content

The text, design, graphics and logos on this site belong to Teckloom or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or republish the site or its content without our written permission. Other companies’ names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show the platforms we work with.

This section concerns the website only; liability for client work is set by the written agreement for that work.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Teckloom against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section takes away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and only to use of the site after that date.
